Sandra Grzybowski, LCSW
Social Worker

Sandra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering support for families, adolescents and adults. She incorporates elements of CBT, ACT, DBT and parts work, and provides a strengths-based approach to therapy for clients to have a nonjudgemental space to explore themselves and how they want to approach their lives. Sandra has previously worked in a group home setting for adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors and complex trauma. Sandra worked with these teens to do reparative work and integrate them back into their families and communities. She also works in evaluating patients in emergency psychiatry hospital settings.

Sandra aligns with the social work principles of honoring the dignity and worth of all individuals, utilizing the healing power of relationships, understanding how systems impact an individual, and furthering social change.

Sandra completed her master’s degree in social work from Columbia University in New York. She has worked in the fashion industry in New York and been a travel writer in Kenya. In her free time, Sandra enjoys being outdoors, photography, and playing on her co-ed soccer team.
