In this workshop, we’ll use my Triple O Method: Obstacles, Obsessions + Observations to look inward at the experiences, challenges, passions, patterns, and wisdom that are already shaping your body of work.
Through guided reflection, nervous-system-based practices, and the Triple O Method, you’ll be invited to connect more deeply with your body, intuition, and innate wisdom to explore the soul purpose that may have been living within you the entire time.
Therfore, this is not a copy-and-paste business template, formula, or one-size-fits-all strategy, instead this workshop is here to help you begin to tap into your unique blueprint to guide you on how you are meant to create, lead, and build your business based on your energy, personality, interests*, gifts, and lived experiences.
