Schedule:

7:30 PM - Opening circle, opening chakras theta-healing meditation

7:30 - 10:00 PM - Dance, games, mustache contest, cuddles

10:00 - 10:30 PM - Closing circle

This is a sober, conscious dance event.

Parking Info:

There is free parking on the streets (Foster Street has many free
spots) and additional free parking around the corner near the sports
field (Mitchell Drive). PLEASE DO NOT PARK in the parking lot to the
right of the building; those spots are reserved, and the gate locks
before our event is over.

Enter the building via the East Rock Market Place doors and walk
around the lockers to your right. Follow the 'Centered' signs. You can
also enter through the Taekwondo studio door on the east side of the
building (where parking is not allowed).

There is free parking on the street, a free parking lot across the street, and free parking around the corner near the sports field.

Enter through the main door (next to the East Rock Brewery) on Nicoll Street - take a right into the lobby and enter the building in the door to the left - you will see the sign for Centered. Follow the signs through the hallway to arrive at Centered.
