Vocal Workshop

Vocal Workshop

Your voice is more than a way to communicate, it’s a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-connection.

Through play, movement, breath, and sound, this immersive workshop blends the science of vocalization with embodied exploration. No singing experience is necessary! Think ecstatic dance for your vocal cords. We focus on what feels good, not what sounds good, creating a playful, judgment-free space to explore your authentic voice.

You’ll experience both solo and partnered exercises before closing with an inward sound journey through the chakras using traditional Bija (seed) mantras and improvised vocals.

About your Facilitator

Mariel Grace is a Vocal Embodiment Coach and facilitator who seamlessly blends somatic practices, mindfulness, and tantric wisdom. She uses simple yet powerful tools to help people move stagnant emotions, reclaim their sovereignty, and reconnect with the power already within them.

Known for her playful presence and grounded depth, Mariel’s work spans the full spectrum of expression—from curiosity and silliness to grief, anger, vulnerability, and joy. She creates brave, compassionate spaces where people can soften, feel deeply, and come home to themselves.

Re-inspire and Release Breathwork

Re-Inspire & Release Breathwork

A 120-minute session to clear the noise, restore your edge, and reconnect with what matters.

High performance comes at a cost. Stress accumulates in the nervous system long before it shows up as burnout, decision fatigue, or that persistent sense of running on empty. Re-Inspire & Release Breathwork offers a direct, science-informed path to reset — without the guesswork.

Through Conscious Connected Breathing, a technique that directly influences the central nervous system, you'll release stored tension, quiet the "thinking mind," and access a clearer, more grounded state. This is not meditation, talk therapy, or a wellness trend. It's a potent, evidence-backed practice that works at the physiological level — and you'll feel the difference in a single session.

Your guide: Johnny Longinidis

Transformational Coach, Breathwork Trainer & Yoga Teacher with 30 years as an entrepreneur and 20+ years in personal development. Creator of the Re-Inspire Breathwork Methodology. Owner of Pranayama Studio, Mystic CT. Student of Dan Brulé, one of the world's foremost breathwork authorities.

Cacao Cuddle Party

EPIC Cacao Ceremony and Cuddles

Ever just need a HUG? Want to meet new people? Heard about Cacao and curious?

Bring your Pj's and Experience Ananda (bliss) through ourselves and each other with the help of cacao medicine & cuddles!

This is an EMPOWERING LEVEL 2 workshop on boundaries, consent and communication skills. You must have already attended a Cuddle Party Event Prior inorder to attend this one.

Criollo Cacao is a wild, native plant that grows on the pacific slopes of Guatemala. Ceremonial Cacao is similar to Hot Cocoa, a mildly intoxicating beverage made from the seeds of the Cacao fruit but without any of the fillers, preservatives or other additives typically in industrialized chocolate, truly an ancient recipe. It is known to act as an aphrodisiac, induce bliss, open the heart and stimulate creativity. Besides containing theobromine, an alkaloid also found in Yerba Mate tea, Cacao contains anandamide, known as "the bliss molecule" and is literally named after the Sanskrit word for BLISS! With that being said, it is no wonder that in 1753 Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus assigned the name Theobroma as a fitting description for this magical plant which when translated reads, "Food of the gods". Get ready to learn more about this amazing medicinal food and to experience some serious heart opening bliss!!!

Amanda is a Certified Cuddle Party Facilitator and is honored to host these events! Come out and try this unique oxytocin bliss-filled experience and let your stresses melt away. In our cozy, safe space, we will start with icebreakers and the rules of cuddling for the evening. You will gain practice in setting boundaries, expressing your NO and delivering it with compassion.

…you invite music into your movement in new ways

Our Family Dance Meditation classes will offer options for independent dancing and options for contact dancing throughout the class so both experiences are always available

Your facilitator, Lara Marcin, is a professional dancer and choreographer who has studied numerous dance styles, wiggles alone at home, dances ecstatically at parties and in ecstatic dance journeys, creates with heart in both the experimental and commercial art spaces, and has taught students ages toddler to elder.

DIRECTIONS FOR ENTRY
Centered is located in the same building as East Rock Market.
STEP 1: Enter through the outside double doors.
STEP 2: Don't go through the doors to the market itself. Instead, turn right then left to see another set of double doors leading to a long hallway.
STEP 3: If there is no one waiting for you at the hallway doors, use the doorbell to the left of the double doors to call Centered.
STEP 4: Once in the hallway, follow the signs to Centered's entrance. Note: Keep following the signs. The path to get to Centered's entrance can feel surprisingly long from the front doors, but the signs will lead you there.

Ecstatic Dance Event by Ecstatic Dance CT

Ticket Price: $28 You can pay via Venmo, Zelle, or cash at the door.

TICKETS

Feel free to bring your own snacks or meals if you'd like. We've got a kitchen available, so you're welcome to chill, munch, and refuel whenever you need.

Ecstatic Dance is a beautiful celebration of movement and self-expression, inviting participants to flow freely in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As you step into the space, you're greeted by an uplifting energy, with music that ranges from enchanting melodies to vibrant beats, all designed to inspire your body to dance.

The event usually begins with a gentle opening circle, where everyone gathers to set intentions and share a sense of connection. Guidelines create a safe haven for exploration, emphasizing respect for personal space and the joy of being fully present.

Once the music starts, it’s all about letting go. Each dancer is encouraged to follow their own rhythm, allowing the sound to guide them into spontaneous movement. This dance is more than just physical; it's a form of meditation, a way to express emotions, and a path to deeper self-discovery.

As the event flows, the energy in the room builds, with smiles, laughter, and shared moments of joy creating a tapestry of connection among participants. When the music fades, a closing circle invites everyone to share their experiences, reinforcing the sense of community.

Ecstatic Dance is a magical journey where you can explore your creativity, connect with others, and experience the sheer bliss of moving your body to the rhythm of life. Parking Info: There is Free parking on street and a free parking lot across the street and free parking around the corner near sports field.

Cacao Cuddle Party

EPIC Cacao Ceremony and Cuddles

TICKETS
