Join Dr. Rob Palmer for a unique and deeply restorative 75-minute group experience. This session is designed to help regulate the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and support emotional and physical well-being.
The group will begin with guided breathwork—including intentional hyperventilation and breath holds—to help access a state of calm, clarity, and embodied presence. Following this, Rob will lead a guided meditation informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, supporting participants in connecting with the emotions, stories, and wisdom held in the body and mind. Participants will leave with practical tools for self-regulation and insight that can be applied in daily life.
